As a HeadSpringsDepot.com customer you can return eligible items within 3 days of receiving the item(s) for a refund of the merchandise value. A return must be communicated within that 3 day return window and shipping the item back at the your expense initiated as well. Original packing, receipt or gift receipt is required. Custom items and Made to Order furniture or rugs, special order items, custom upholstery, or items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns. Review the full list of ineligible items and our refund policy below before starting the process. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the purchased amount, while returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
